Radisson®, one of the best-recognized hotel brands, today announced a new education partnership with Meeting Professionals International (MPI), further enhancing the brand’s Meetings Success program. Radisson is the only hotel brand to have this type of partnership in place with MPI.
The Radisson Meetings Success program contains a new certification consisting of six virtual training modules. The certification was developed specifically for Radisson employees with educational enhancements by MPI. The training modules and all Meetings Success program materials are currently available for the hotels.
By the end of 2015, all Radisson hotels’ General Managers and Directors of Sales are expected to be Meetings Success Certified. The certification is also open to all hotel team members to encourage all staff to continually develop and add to their skill set.

The Meetings Success training modules will touch on a variety of topics, including courses on strategic meetings management (SMM), business evaluation, hosting environmentally-friendly meetings and negotiation.
